As a Senior Nurse - Primary Care, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering healthcare services to a prison population of approximately 1,500 inmates. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide expert guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership ensuring high-quality care is delivered.
This is a full-time role based in Wooroloo, WA. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who possesses strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
* No Coordination & management of primary healthcare services including conducting assessments & developing care plans
* Supporting clinical processes including discharge planning and patient support strategies
Mentorship & training new staff while maintaining best practice standards Collaborating with other health professionals to achieve quality service delivery outcomes
Essential Skills & Qualifications Current registration as an Australian Registered Nurse – Division 1 (AHPRA) required Strong problem-solving skills with knowledge of evidence-based practices in primary nursing settings
