We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and leading the way in transforming our industry.
This is a strategic role where you will partner with leaders across the full employment lifecycle, helping shape a safe, inclusive and high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Be a champion of psychological safety and lead proactive safety initiatives
 * Drive change as a key player in our transformation journey
 * Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, performance, employee relations, investigations and return-to-work programs
 * Ensure procedural fairness and integrity in everyday practices
 * Support growth of internal talent through succession planning and career development
 * Develop policies that align with legislation and best practice
 * Use data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
 * Promote our values of inclusion, integrity and sustainability
Requirements:
 * A degree in HR, Psychology, Commerce or Economics
 * Five or more years experience in HR/People & Culture, including two years in a business partnering role
 * Experience supporting operational teams in manufacturing, logistics or waste management
 * Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practice
 * Confidence using HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
 * Communication skills that include drafting and influencing stakeholders at all levels
