 
        
        We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Professional to lead our sales efforts in Western Australia. This is a permanent, full-time, field-based role with flexibility to work from your home office.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in PPE, workwear, or safety wear sales who enjoys building relationships and growing business within a distributor network.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Building and maintaining strong business relationships with new and existing accounts
 * Conducting face-to-face sales meetings with distributors, resellers and agents
 * Identifying high-growth customers and creating development roadmaps
 * Seeking new business opportunities and completing sales planning schedules
 * Using consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
 * Preparing clear proposals and quotations for prospective and current clients
 * Promoting and selling new products by bringing samples to each meeting
 * Following up effectively after meetings to close sales
 * Developing market intelligence through trade shows, seminars, exhibitions and industry research
 * Promoting distributor promotions and end-user engagement
Requirements:
 * Proven Sales Experience in B2B and B2C Environments
 * Exceptional Communication and Relationship Building Skills
 * Strong Understanding of Workwear, Safety and Industry Needs- knowledge of WA mining/resources industry
 * 3–5 years of sales experience in PPE, workwear, safety wear, or a related industry
 * Experience selling on behalf of a manufacturer, distributor, reseller or agent is highly desirable
 * Knowledge of distributor networks across industries such as Automotive, Tools, Chemicals, MROs is an advantage
 * A proven ability to grow sales and develop customer relationships
 * Strong communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills
 * Full working rights in Australia and a clean driving license
 * Willingness to travel throughout your designated region
