Responsibilities 
- Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries from potential clients regarding solar products and services. 
- Provide expert advice on solar energy solutions, system designs, and benefits to customers. 
- Qualify leads and effectively nurture prospects through the sales pipeline. 
- Prepare and present customized solar proposals, quotes, and estimates for residential and commercial customers. 
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. 
- Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure that sales promises are delivered as per customer expectations. 
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth by meeting and exceeding KPIs. 
- Keep up to date with the latest solar technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings. 
- Assist with marketing efforts, including generating content, outreach, and promotions. 
- Use CRM systems to manage and track sales activities and customer data. 
- Provide post-sale support, including helping customers navigate financing options, warranties, and rebates. 
Requirements 
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry. 
- Strong understanding of solar products, systems, and energy efficiency solutions. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. 
- Proven ability to qualify leads, manage the sales process, and close deals. 
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
- A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable solutions. 
- High school diploma or equivalent. 
Preferred Qualifications 
- Experience with solar product sales or in the renewable energy sector. 
- Knowledge of solar financing options and government rebates. 
- Technical understanding of solar installations and energy storage solutions.
