Responsibilities:
* Deliver personalised service from enquiry to contract, maximising conversion and client satisfaction
* Ensure smooth operations through accurate documentation, effective communication, and hotel promotion
* Support revenue goals through tailored sales, accurate forecasting, client follow-ups, and financial coordination
* Support commercial operations through collaboration, reporting, training, and departmental activities
* Assist in ensuring accuracy, team alignment via data management, financial compliance, and regular planning and brand support
About You:
* Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
* A motivated admin guru who is physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area
* Hotel-savvy with 1–3 years' experience and strong insight into hospitality operations
* Love events or reservations? That's a must Group experience is a bonus, not a deal breaker
* Polished, curious, and a natural at sales, market trends and administration.
