Counter sales, including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set. Answering telephone and email enquiries. Actioning customer requests and enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email. Liaising with suppliers. Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and packing orders. General warehousing duties as required. What you’ll need to succeed: Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately). You’re a driven and passionate professional with experience working in a sales or customer-facing role. You will have previous experience in the Fastener, Industrial and Construction Supply Industries, with knowledge around nuts and bolts a bare minimum. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, so your ability to build relationships and establish rapport is second to none.
