Reporting to the Branch Manager, as an Internal Salesperson, you will provide efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. Permanent position Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm, no Saturdays. For more information, visit: https://www.specfast.com.au/ Key responsibilities: Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries. Counter sales, including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set. Answering telephone and email enquiries. Actioning customer requests and enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email. Liaising with suppliers. Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and packing orders. General warehousing duties as required. What you’ll need to succeed: Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately). You’re a driven and passionate professional with experience working in a sales or customer-facing role. You will have previous experience in the Fastener, Industrial and Construction Supply Industries, with knowledge around nuts and bolts a bare minimum. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, so your ability to build relationships and establish rapport is second to none. Client-focused and a real team player, you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing the best solutions for your clients. You are excellent at managing your own time and a real “self-starter”; you don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done.
