We are seeking an ICT Support Engineer to join our team at our Inverell Processing Facility. This role provides technical assistance and support for computers, networks and software across the organisation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues, installing and configuring systems, maintaining hardware, and providing guidance and training to users.

About the Role
You will work across a wide range of technologies and collaborate with various business areas. The role requires strong customer service capability, effective problem-solving skills, solid time management, and a proactive approach to learning. You will report to the Group IT Support Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide onsite Level 1 and 2 desktop and production support, plus remote support to other sites as required
* Identify software and hardware requirements to resolve technical issues
* Respond to software and hardware enquiries, logging all incidents and service requests
* Maintain up-to-date documentation within the Technology Support team
* Install, configure and update software
* Ensure efficient use of applications and equipment
* Assist with network implementation
* Support website design and maintenance
* Repair, replace and configure peripheral equipment (e.g., terminals, printers, modems)
* Develop an understanding of business processes and how each unit uses technology
About You
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems
* Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in both desktop and production environments
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* ITIL v3 Foundation certification (desirable but not essential)
* Relevant Microsoft certifications (desirable but not essential)
* Current Australian driver's licence
* Q-Fever vaccination (mandatory)
* Willingness to adjust work hours to meet operational needs
