Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Client Services Manager to join our dedicated team, supporting clients across the region.

In this client-facing role within our recruitment agency, you will be the main point of contact for new and existing clients across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast. Your focus will be to grow our client base and maintain strong relationships within our Care and Nursing portfolio. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes, ensure our workforce is utilised effectively, and help convert client staffing needs into filled shifts. The role also includes providing leadership on key projects and ensuring they are delivered consistently. Ultimately, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalised service and building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their support networks.

You will also:

* Monitor service delivery and client satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
* Collaborate with nurses, and internal teams to coordinate care and ensure efficient service delivery
* Maintain positive relationships with major existing local and national clients to ensure delivery of agreed outcomes
* Support new client enquiries and assist with research into existing and potential new clients via tendering processes

Lets talk about you

To be successful in this role, you must genuinely enjoy building relationships and engaging with clients. The portfolio will include a mix of strong, established client relationships as well as a number of dormant accounts, so confidence, resilience, and a willingness to take on a challenge will be essential. The role also requires someone who is eager to be hands-on, as developing a strong understanding of operations and rostering from the ground up will be critical to their success. Experience or knowledge within the nursing and/or disability sectors will be highly advantageous.

The role suits someone who enjoys a results-driven business with clear targets and deadlines.

You'll need to be comfortable using usual corporate communication systems and CRM tools and can work independently. Any event or marketing experience such as attending expo's is a bonus
