Project managers play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, cost control, and budgeting of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion
* Liaise with clients to address their needs and expectations
* Monitor and control project costs to ensure they stay within budget
* Work closely with senior management to ensure project alignment with organizational goals
* Perform duties both on-site and in the office as required
Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or project management
* Proven experience working for commercial head contractors
* A minimum of 2 completed commercial projects from end-to-end
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
