About the role
We are seeking a Casual Retail Assistant to join our team at RODD & GUNN, Myer Townsville. This is a casual role with the opportunity to work flexible hours to suit your schedule. You will be based in our store located in Townsville, QLD.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Assist with product display and merchandising
- Replenish and maintain stock levels
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business
- Minimum 6 months of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Eligibility to work in Australia with appropriate visa or citizenship status
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
