Introduction:

Hourly rate: $33 -$35

Superannuation: SGL 12%

Super Co-contribution: up to $1,500 pa

Annual leave: 17.5% loading on prorate 4 weeks pa

Part time: 20hrs/week

Location: On-site in Nundah

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, organised, and solutions-focused Office Administrator to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of EPIC's office. As the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and team members, you play a vital part in creating a welcoming environment and supporting our people to deliver impactful services.

You'll work collaboratively across the organisation, providing administrative support that helps teams operate efficiently and confidently.

This role reports to the Senior Marketing & Communications Officer.

What you will achieve in this role

Rather than simply completing tasks, your work will directly contribute to a positive and efficient workplace experience. In this role, you will:

Create a welcoming and professional first impression

Support an organised, safe, and efficient workspace

Enable seamless communication and information flow

Strengthen internal coordination and employee support

Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Skills and Experiences:

To be successful in this role, you will:

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Bring strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

Demonstrate a solutions-focused approach and a positive, collaborative attitude

Be comfortable working both independently and within a team

Have at least two (2) years' experience in a similar role

Be confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems

Be committed to continuous learning and personal development

Work in ways that reflect EPIC's values and behaviours

Mandatory Requirements

Ability to travel as required. A driver's licence is preferred, though supported travel is also welcome.

Ability to follow EPIC's operational procedures and guidelines

Must hold or be able to obtain a current Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card)

Must hold or be able to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Card

Must complete a national police check
