About the Role
The purpose of the Retail Supervisor is to oversee the day‐to‐day operation of the school tuckshop and retail services, ensuring the efficient and effective running of the retail business in accordance with school policies, procedures, and workplace health & safety practices. The role requires full competence and experience in managing a small team to undertake food preparation in accordance with food‐safety standards. The Retail Supervisor will create a healthy and tasty menu for students and staff, while monitoring food costs to control production costs and minimize wastage.

* Hold or work toward attaining a qualification in Minimum Competency Standards for Food Safety Supervisors
