Job Title: Mental Health Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated mental health specialist to join our community mental health team.
In this role, you will work closely with consumers to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused mental health care across the region. Your expertise in mental health assessment, intervention, and care planning will enable you to provide comprehensive support to those in need.
You must have experience working in a community or clinical setting, be able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, manage a varied caseload, and contribute to early intervention, therapeutic, and recovery-focused approaches.
* Deliver high-quality mental health services, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for consumers and their families.
* Collaborate with mental health professionals and service providers to ensure coordinated, consumer-centred care.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff and students.
* Contribute to service development and participate in continuous improvement activities.
