Role Description
Contract, in-house position based in Melbourne. As our Advertising Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok for a portfolio of clients. You will manage full-funnel campaigns, own tracking and integration setup, and translate performance data into clear decisions. This role works closely with our account managers and clients to keep campaigns aligned, optimised, and delivering real results.
What You Will Do
* Own and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
* Set up and maintain pixel tracking, conversion APIs, UTM structures, and platform integrations
* Build and manage audience segmentation and funnel strategy
* Report on performance and communicate insights clearly to clients and internal teams
* Manage multiple client accounts independently
What We Are Looking For
* 3 to 5 years of hands‐on experience across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
* Strong grasp of tracking, attribution, and third‐party tools like Google Tag Manager or Triple Whale
* Comfortable working in a collaborative in‐house environment
* Multi‐client or marketing company experience is highly regarded
* A degree in Marketing or Business is preferred but not required
