Nexa Solar Australia is a growing, performance-driven solar retailer delivering residential solar solutions across Australia. We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing / Social Media Manager who can consistently generate high-quality leads and improve cost-per-lead through structured testing, strong creative, and clean tracking.

The Role (Lead Generation Focus)
You will own and scale our end-to-end lead generation across:
* Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads)
* Google Ads (Search + Performance Max)
This is an in-house role for someone who understands solar buyer psychology, knows how to build conversion-focused funnels, and can track performance through to real outcomes (leads → appointments → sales).

Key Responsibilities
* Build, manage, and optimise Meta lead gen campaigns (Lead Forms + Landing Pages)
* Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads (Search/PMax) for solar enquiries
* Plan and execute a structured creative testing strategy (angles, hooks, offers, formats)
* Brief and collaborate with designers/video editors to produce high-performing creatives
* Implement and maintain tracking: Pixel + CAPI, GA4, GTM, CRM conversion events, call tracking
* Optimise for quality metrics: CPL, contact rate, appointment rate, show rate
* Build retargeting + lookalike audiences and full-funnel follow-up
* Weekly reporting with insights, learnings, and next actions
* Work closely with sales to improve lead handling and conversion outcomes

What You Must Have
* Proven experience generating leads using Meta Ads + Google Ads
* Solid understanding of lead funnels and conversion optimisation (not just traffic)
* Strong tracking/attribution skills (Pixel/CAPI, GA4, GTM)
* Ability to write high-converting ad copy and develop offer angles
* Comfortable being accountable to KPIs and improving results week-on-week

* Experience in solar, trades, or high-ticket home improvement lead gen
* Experience with CRMs (HubSpot / GoHighLevel / Salesforce etc.)
* Landing page experience (Unbounce, Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
* UGC/video direction for Reels/Stories/TikTok-style ads
