Document Controller
Were seeking a Perth-based Document Controller on a contract until December to manage and optimise project document systems across multiple teams. You will design and maintain project libraries, provide document control support, monitor workflows, perform audits, manage handovers, and drive continuous improvement of document management processes. The role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have advanced experience with OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, SharePoint pages and directories, InEight, and Aconex, along with tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and formal training in document management systems.
