About the Position 
Based in Western Australia, this newly created position will manage work and crew allocations nationally. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role will ensure resources are effectively assigned across projects, enabling greater efficiency and utilisation. This is a key coordination role requiring strong communication and organisational skills, working closely with Project Managers and State Managers. 
Key Responsibilities 
- Allocate labour and plant resources nationally based on project requirements, skill sets, and utilisation. 
- Maintain and update project schedules using MS Excel. 
- Coordinate pre-mobilisation checklists with Project Managers. 
- Ensure resource availability in each state, liaising with State Managers as required. 
- Chair weekly scheduling meetings with State Managers and the Operations Manager. 
- Track and report on project progress and compliance to the Operations Manager. 
- Support continuous improvement in project delivery efficiency. 
Skills & Experience 
- Strong organisational and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. 
- Confident communicator with the ability to chair meetings and hold stakeholders accountable. 
- Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across multiple teams. 
- Adaptable and quick to learn industry-specific requirements. 
- Competence with MS Excel and project scheduling tools. 
- Previous experience in resource planning, workforce scheduling, or project coordination highly regarded. 
- Current WA driver’s licence.
