Job Title: I&D Organisational Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced OD professional to join our client, an Australian infrastructure organisation on an exciting growth trajectory.
About the Opportunity

You will have the chance to develop and implement an Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) strategy, design and deliver various events, programs and initiatives, and lead organisational change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose business needs and develop and update I&D strategy to deliver on our clients EVP and corporate strategy
* Design, develop, execute and project manage effective I&D programs and solutions
* Engage stakeholders and manage expectations (internal and external)
* Manage procurement contracts for relevant suppliers
* Manage budget, governance, compliance and reporting for I&D programs including maintenance of relevant operational policies, procedures and processes
* Lead, manage and implement associated culture and organisation change initiatives to achieve I&D outcomes
* Facilitate associated I&D forums and development interventions
* Embed continuous improvement practices
Requirements:
* Documented success in a similar OD role with a focus on I&D
* Desire to take your experience to a more senior level
* Ability to influence through a matrix environment
* Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Education or similar
