**About the role**
As a Medical Receptionist, you act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles.
In addition, this role will be heavily involved in Patient Services tasks such as liaising with medical specialists, GPs, patients and members of the general public; assisting with everything from general enquiries to the co-ordination of bookings **over the telephone**.
**This position is Full Time. Additionally, you will be expected to participate in the weekend roster.**
