We are hiring an experienced and service-driven Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of high-standard hotels across global locations. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff, optimize operational efficiency, and maintain profitability while adhering to international hospitality standards. 
Responsibilities 
- Supervise daily operations across all hotel departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B;, etc.). 
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback effectively. 
- Manage and lead hotel staff, including training, performance, and scheduling. 
- Oversee budgets, financial reports, and cost control for optimal profitability. 
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations in each country. 
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and revenue. 
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor relations. 
- Conduct regular quality audits and implement service improvements. 
- Liaise with corporate teams and stakeholders on operational goals and reporting. 
Candidate Requirements 
- Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration. 
- 37 years of managerial experience in hospitality or hotel operations. 
- Strong leadership and people management skills. 
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities. 
- Knowledge of international hotel standards, POS systems, and hospitality software. 
- Fluency in English is essential (IELTS may be required for visa eligibility). 
- Experience in luxury, boutique, or international hotel chains is preferred. 
- Willingness to relocate and work in multicultural environments.
