Role Overview

We're looking for an exceptional Allbound Sales Development Representative to join us in making as many culture‐first companies as possible through accessible people analytics.

This is a hybrid position: 2 days per week from our Richmond‐based office and 3 days from home.

Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact with potential customers, informing them about the Culture Amp platform
* Research target accounts and develop a plan for connecting with them
* Qualify leads based on whether their company is a good fit for Culture Amp's platform
* Understand how we can help HR professionals build culture‐first workplaces

Qualifications

* Highly motivated with a strong desire to be in sales and previous experience in an outbound sales role
* Hunter mentality and not afraid of cold calling
* Eager for coaching and passionate about developing your sales skills
* Engaging communication and strong storytelling abilities
* Respectful and able to work in a collaborative team environment

Day in the Life

* Research and craft personalised outreach to target accounts
* Utilise phone, email, and social tools to connect with prospects
* Qualify prospects and book conversations with Sales Executives
* Receive continuous training and coaching from mentors and peers
* Collaborate with local marketing leads to follow up on regional and virtual events
