**Role**
The relevant role will be a Nightshift Supervisor role to assist in delivering a project in Melbourne's Inner Western suburbs.
This particular role will be an ongoing contract throughout the duration of the project.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating on-site activities at night to ensure project is competed within budget, time frame and to quality standards
- Create and maintain project schedules and programs
- Maintaining communication with all internal and external stakeholders
- Enforcing and maintaining OH&S measures and procedures
- Identify and resolve any disputes that arise on site
**Requirements**:
- Site Management/Supervisor headcontractor experience on complex and high services projects
- Experience completing projects involving services isolations
- Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work ongoing nightshifts
- Immediate availability or on short-notice
