We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Team Supervisor to join our team.
This role involves supervising tradesmen, contractors, and service personnel in maintaining a fleet of heavy mobile equipment.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain high safety standards as measured by incident rates and lead indicators.
* Manage maintenance and repair records for the fleet.
* Ensure compliance with company policies on safety, quality, environment, and fitness for work.
* Identify and report any occupational health and safety, environmental, or quality issues.
About You:
* Trade-qualified with experience working on heavy mobile equipment.
* First Aid certification.
* Supervisory experience with teams.
* Strong communication and computer skills.
