APAC IT Support Specialist
The role of an APAC IT Support Specialist is a critical position within our organisation, responsible for providing both first and second-level technical support to various teams across the Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced IT professional with a strong background in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality technical support to end-users via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
* Develop and maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and processes.
* Participate in project initiatives to drive change and implement technical solutions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional are advantageous.
* Proven experience in IT support, particularly in first and second-level troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
* Experience with IT tools and software such as Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop support applications.
