The Marketing Services Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of MetLife's marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives across the Super, Corporate, and Retail channels. This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple projects, collaborate with various departments, and ensure that all activities align with MetLife's strategic goals and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives, including content creation for email, web, social media, and other promotional materials.
* Assist in managing workflow processes across the Customer & Marketing team, ensuring transparency and visibility of all activities.
* Review, design, and optimize marketing collateral requested by internal stakeholders, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
* Support the planning and execution of external events, including logistics, speaker arrangements, budget management, and post-event reporting.
* Coordinate relationships with external vendors and ensure services are delivered as agreed, with proper onboarding and reviews.
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders within MetLife Australia and external partners.
Preferred Experience
* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
* Knowledge of Workflow Management Platforms and familiarity with AI tools.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
* Strong organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in budget planning and allocation; experience in insurance, superannuation, or financial services is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
