You’ll play a key role in scaling our impact locally, empowering more businesses to take control of payment security.About the RoleWe’re on the lookout for an experienced and inspiring Head of Sales to lead our high-performing team across Australia and New Zealand.In this role, you’ll manage three direct people leaders and oversee a team of 20+ Business Development Managers. You’ll be responsible for driving growth across the SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments in a high-volume sales environment where momentum and consistency matter. Because our product doesn’t offer a traditional ROI, success hinges on your team’s ability to lead with value, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and influence decision-makers at the executive level.What You'll DoLead and coach a team of 3 sales leaders and ~20 BDMs in our North Sydney officeDrive new business growth across SMB, MM, and Enterprise accountsBuild and sustain a high-performance sales culture focused on velocity, quality, and consistencySet and execute strategic plans to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets across all regionsPartner cross-functionally with SDR, Marketing, and Customer teams to refine GTM strategy who generate upwards of 500+ meetings a monthUse data and performance insights to continuously optimise team structure and sales processesThis role is hybrid and requires you to be in the office a minimum 3 days per weekWhat You BringYou’ve led other leaders — this is a second-line leadership roleProven experience managing high-volume SaaS sales teamsYou know how to sell across multiple segments: SMB, Mid-Market, and EnterpriseYou’ve managed and motivated teams of 15+ BDMs and thrive in fast-paced, scale-up environmentsYou understand that deal velocity is everything—and know how to coach and hire for it3+ years’ experience in a senior sales leadership roleSome of our benefits include:Birthday LeaveFloating Cultural HolidaysPaid Day to Support a Charity$250 Annual Wellness ReimbursementTraining Budget + Growth OpportunitiesFlexible Working ArrangementsReady to Build the Future of Sales at Eftsure?If you're excited by the challenge of leading a growing, cross-continental sales team and building the future of B2B payment security, we’d love to hear from you.
