Front Office Receptionist Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. They will be proficient in using computer systems, including reservation booking systems, and have excellent communication skills.
The role involves processing guest check-ins and outs, managing accounts, coordinating with the Housekeeping team, and providing information to guests about the property and local areas of interest. The successful candidate will also maintain excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
2. Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experiences
3. Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
4. Excellent communication skills and enthusiastic attitude
5. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
6. Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster
