Bar & Bistro Staff
Duties include:
* Greeting customers and taking food & beverage orders
* Serving meals and drinks
* Operating POS systems and handling cash/EFTPOS
* Assisting with bar service and restocking supplies
* Clearing tables and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
* Following RSA requirements and venue service standards
What we're looking for:
* Friendly customer service and good communication
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Current RSA or ability to obtain one within 28 days
* Previous hospitality experience an advantage but not essential
Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand
Duties include:
* Washing dishes/cutlery, and kitchen equipment
* Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
* Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required
* Collecting and disposing of rubbish and recycling
What we're looking for:
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
* Team player with good communication
* Kitchen hand/dishwashing experience helpful but not required
