With a large warehouse featuring drive-through access and a dedicated delivery fleet, they provide a seamless experience for both metropolitan and regional customers. About the opportunity This role involves assisting customers at the counter, handling enquiries, processing orders via phone and email and managing quotes. Building supplies knowledge would be highly desirable but not necessary. In this role, you will: Process customer orders and provide product recommendations Develop in-depth knowledge of building materials through training Maintain organised records of orders and customer interactions Learn and effectively use the Cobalt system Support internal sales and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams Work on a Tuesday - Saturday roster (38 hours/week) About you We are looking for a motivated individual with an interest in building supplies and strong customer service skills. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience in either building supplies, tools, paints, or a related industry Organisational skills to manage orders and quotes efficiently Ability to learn quickly Excellent communication and customer engagement skills Ability to work 7am - 12pm on Saturday (5 hours) What’s on offer The team environment encourages collaboration and long-term career satisfaction.
