The Role
Reporting to the Property Finance and Administration Manager, the
Property Analyst (3-month contract)
plays a key role in supporting the Property Management team across Viva Energy Australia and Viva Energy Retail.
You will be responsible for delivering critical administration, payments, and property finance tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple lines of business.
This short-term contract role is ideal for someone with strong property or finance administration experience who can quickly adapt, manage high-volume tasks, and provide immediate value.
Responsibilities
As the Property Analyst, you will:
* Ensure quality assurance of payable batches.
* Manage end-of-month processing and reporting.
* Assist with ad hoc complex queries, rent reconciliations, and special reporting.
* Support projects and acquisition-related work as required.

About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the property management sector.
* Strong administration skills and proven ability to handle high volumes of tasks.
* Knowledge of accounts payable processes.
* Systems knowledge: Excel, Yardi, JDE.
* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
* Organised, results-driven, and a strong team player.
