Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service across every interaction
* Assist customers by working closely with internal teams when required
* Use available tools and resources to offer helpful advice based on the customer experience model
* Respond promptly to phone & email enquiries and resolve complaints effectively
* Escalate matters appropriately and contribute to investigations where required
About You
* Previous phone-based call centre experience
* Strong attention to detail
* A positive, resilient, and team-focused attitude
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What's On Offer Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
$34 per hour (including super)
Immediate start
Contract until 6 February 2026, with potential to extend or transition to permanent
