We are looking for a Head Coach (Retail Store Manager) to lead a passionate team at our store opening soon in Camberwell! Our Head Coaches are accountable for every aspect of the retail store operation. Working closely with our retail leadership team, this role is responsible for growing local community connections, coaching and developing the team, and driving brand growth.
Opening a new store
A huge opportunity to build your store and team from the ground up. We onboard our Head and Deputy Coach Team three months out from opening for full brand immersion and induction.
Lead up to opening
* Heating up the Community: localise and create your ultimate opening day activations/giveaways by connecting with brand partners. Build awareness and connect with the LSKD community.
* Hiring and Inducting your store team: work with People and Culture to facilitate group interviews, select your team of Educators and induct them into Team LSKD.
* Community Marketing: build community connections through localised pre-opening event tour and pop‐ups with brand partners; build relationships with local athletes and mavens who align with our mission and values.
* Coaching and leadership: coach and build a world‐class team that embraces and shares our values; foster a culture of continuous improvement ("1% better"), mentor and coach everyday.
* Manage and lead a diverse team, facilitate training sessions and team meetings; inspire your team to set fitness, career, and personal goals.
* Community: create a local community for your store, plan events to engage the LSKD community, design in‐store events, and participate in sweat sessions and classes to connect authentically.
* Store operations: own the business through managing and measuring store success, deliver weekly and monthly reflections, plan floor coverage, set monthly strategy and goals, execute stock maintenance and optimise VM; uphold people‐safety policies.
