About The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Allied Health team. The role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of clinical areas within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. Depending on your experience, the position may be offered at either a Level 1 or Level 2.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, evidence-based Physiotherapy to inpatients.Independently manage a clinical caseload.Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement activities.Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes.Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to learning.Promote a high standard of patient-centred care and professional practice.Essential CriteriaDegree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and current unrestricted AHPRA registration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.Strong organisational and time management skills.Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.Knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and workplace health and safety.Desirable CriteriaPrevious hospital experience of at least 12 months.Willingness to work across various clinical areas (e.g. orthopaedics, ICU, cardiothoracic, general medicine and acute care).Renumeration: $38.26-$55.42 + superannuation + level of experience (RHC NSW Health Professionals & Support Services Enterprise Agreement).About UsWollongong Private Hospital is owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, a global operator of private hospitals and primary care clinics with 72 Australian sites employing over 34,000 people.
