What you'll do:
* Own the roadmap for one or more of our key Products – prioritising ruthlessly based on merchant impact and revenue growth
* Define, write, and ship clear specs – working directly with engineering and design
* Use PostHog (and other product tools), interview our customers, and review support data to identify activation and retention gaps – then build a plan and fix them
* Partner with Sales and CS to close the loop between market feedback and product direction
* Drive onboarding and in‐product experiments that lift activation, reduce churn, and grow ARR
About you:
* 3–6 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS startup or scale‐up
* AI‐first in everything you do - personal life and professional
* eCommerce or Shopify merchant experience is a significant plus
* Strong instinct for prioritisation – you cut scope with confidence and explain why clearly
* Comfortable in product analytics tools (PostHog or equivalent) and can run your own data pulls
* Based in Sydney – able to work async across time zones with a remote‐first global team
