About the role
As a Graphic Designer / Finished Artist, you'll play a key role in delivering high-volume retail campaigns from concept adaptation through to flawless print execution. You'll be responsible for producing technically accurate, production-ready artwork across POS and digital display formats, working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and clients to ensure every detail is executed perfectly.

Duties
Creating and adapting high-quality, print-ready artwork
Pre-flighting and preparing files for production
Coordinating artwork delivery between agencies, suppliers and internal teams
Providing technical print guidance to ensure best production outcomes
Attending client meetings and translating briefs into accurate artwork
Partnering with the Account Manager to exceed client expectations
Troubleshooting production issues and finding practical solutions
Identifying opportunities for cost savings and workflow efficiencies
Generating artwork estimates via PRISM and managing WIP documentation
Skills & experience
Proven experience as a Finished Artist in a print or agency environment
Strong understanding of print production processes and specifications
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Exceptional attention to detail — you don't miss things
Ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines with confidence
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
