We are seeking dedicated and fully qualified Early Childhood Teachers to join community kindergartens and early learning centres across the Wimmera region through the **** Funded Kindergarten Program.
Locations:
Across the Wimmera and surrounding regional areas.
Relocation Incentives:
Tier 2 ($21,000) for Teachers.
About the Role
As a Bachelor-qualified teacher, you will lead high-quality kindergarten programs, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to positive educational outcomes. You'll work collaboratively with a passionate team, guided by the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.

Requirements
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a similar Early Childhood Teaching role
Proven ability to model positive and appropriate behaviours when engaging with children
Good understanding of how young children learn and develop, including different learning styles
Strong knowledge of current curriculum approaches and approved early childhood frameworks
Able to plan, write, and deliver appropriate education programmes for kindergarten-aged children
Skilled at building respectful, meaningful relationships with children and meeting their needs
Can plan, manage time, and work independently
Strong communication, leadership, and people skills, with the ability to work well with children, families, and professionals
Works well as part of a team in a flexible, respectful, and professional way
Strong documentation and written communication skills
Education & Certification
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
VIT Registration
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma training
