Your Next Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a Guest Experience Officer to join our team at our Hervey Bay Holidays site.
Ingenia Holidays Hervey Bay is ideally located in Torquay, just a short stroll from the beach and lakeside, offering a relaxed coastal setting with easy access to Fraser Island and Hervey Bay’s iconic whale watching experiences.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in being the welcoming face of our park, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents! If you love making people smile, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to work somewhere that feels like a holiday every day, this is the role for you! This position is casual, with extra hours able to be picked up during peak seasons.

In this Role, You’ll
- Roll out the red carpet for every guest, sharing the best of our park, local gems, and fun activities.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and all things front desk with flair.
- Keep the good vibes flowing with top-notch customer service.
- Coordinate with maintenance and site management to keep everything running smoothly.
You’re Likely a Match If You
- Enjoy delivering warm, welcoming customer service.
- Have hospitality or tourism experience.
- Are confident with Microsoft and booking systems, or eager to learn.
- Work well in a team and have strong attention to detail.
- Have a current ‘c’ class driver’s licence
You’re someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
