We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team at Lumus Imaging Campbelltown. In this patient-facing role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients—creating a welcoming environment and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. This is a permanent Part-Time opportunity offering 30 hours per week, on-site parking and easy access to public transport.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting patients and managing appointment bookings with professionalism and care
- Handling patient enquiries and providing clear, empathetic information
- Maintaining accurate patient records and completing data entry
- Processing Medicare billing, payments, and end-of-day banking
- Assisting clinical staff to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
What We’re Looking For
- Tech-savvy: Confident using digital systems and troubleshooting basic IT issues
- Organised & adaptable: Able to balance competing tasks with a calm, efficient approach
- Positive & proactive: Brings energy and problem-solving skills to the team
- Team-focused: Works collaboratively and lends a hand where needed
- Healthcare experience a plus: Previous medical reception or administration experience is highly regarded
