Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Clerk to take on a pivotal role in managing essential financial responsibilities and fostering effective communication with both clients and team members. Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) Functions: Manage the inflow and outflow of funds effectively.
- Payroll Tax and Payroll Preparation: Ensure accurate payroll processing, including superannuation lodgments.
- Invoice Creation and Bank Reconciliation: Generate invoices and reconcile bank statements to maintain accurate financial records.
- BAS Preparation (PAYG): Prepare Business Activity Statements in compliance with relevant laws.
- Accounts Collections and Query Management: Handle collections and manage customer queries promptly and efficiently.
- Reporting and Administrative Tasks: Produce necessary financial reports and perform various administrative duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Diploma in Accounting
- Experience with XERO software
- Current C-class driver’s license and own transport are essential
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MYOB and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Demonstrated customer handling experience
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
