**The role**: We are seeking a self-motivated individual who loves having things organised and will take initiative to join our experienced team.Specifically, this role will:
- Organise all administrative aspects of the office by providing services for meetings, seminars and conferences, events, travel arrangements and appointments
- Provide efficient and effective support to the work unit by maintaining efficient records management and information management systems
