**The Opportunity**:
Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for part time or full-time Project Delivery and Proposal Coordinator(s) to support our NSW based Mine Infrastructure and Project Delivery team.
In this position, you will provide operational support for a team of 70 engineers and drafters across a range of industries and project stages. The list below is desirable, but not essential experience, we don't expect one person to have all attributes.
**What you will do**
- Assisting with the preparation, monitoring and updating of project delivery documentation
- Project financial management and control including but not limited to:
- Earned Value Management including Variance analysis to identify project variances
- Monitoring costs incurred against budget
- Financial tracking and reporting
- Assist Project Manager issuing monthly invoices
- Preparing Purchase Orders and Basic Work Orders
- Approving and tracking of creditor invoices to be paid
- Development of project work breakdown structures
- Scheduling, updating project schedules to align with completed activities and deliverables.
- Project change management including assisting Project Managers with variations and updating relevant project documentation (e.g. schedules) as project scope changes
- Liaise with Project Administration in relation to mobalisation, logistics and document control processes
- Document control including project file management
- Assisting the preparation of reports, tenders and other project documentation including weekly and monthly reporting
- Assisting with procurement activities for projects to ensure that all suppliers are properly approved and engaged
- Assist with implementing winning work processes, bid coordination and preparation
- Preparation of various marketing collateral in consultation with marketing team
**Skills, Qualifications, And Experience**
- Bachelor's degree or Business Diploma or equivalent demonstrated skills/experience to perform the role without direction.
- Marketing and/or communication quals
- Document control experience
- Previous business support experience in a project management environment is desirable
- Financial management experience including budgeting and project controls
