We seek a seasoned Tradesperson to lead a dynamic team in guiding day-to-day operations.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will guide and support their crew, oversee maintenance activities, perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment, foster a positive team environment through mentoring and development of crew members, and gain experience for future supervisory opportunities within our organisation.
About You:
* A recognised Australian trade certificate in Heavy Diesel Fitting, Auto Electrical work, HV Electrical work or Boilermaking (or equivalent).
* Proven leading hand/supervisory experience with ability to lead and support maintenance crews.
* Current G1, G8, G9 (S1, S2, S3) and G2 certificates.
