SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - SAP Preferred Success Functional Specialist
SAP SuccessFactors Preferred Success is seeking a Functional Specialist to join our team and provide consultant-level expertise to support the outcome-based goals of our cloud customers. The Functional Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering tailored adoption recommendation services and large-scale adoption events for both SAP Preferred Success customers and their CSPs.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for remotely delivering 1:1 and 1:M adoption and consumption-focused services and workshops across SAP SuccessFactors Suite depending on their area of expertise and certification. They will also act as a subject matter expert for their area(s), develop exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers, and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive the innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.
Requirements
- Associate Certification in at least one of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite modules (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, and/or Compensation & Variable Pay), and HCM Platform.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical colleagues and customers. Additional languages an advantage.
- University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field or other comparable experience.
