Purpose Of The Role
The Social Media & PR Coordinator will support the execution of our organic social, influencer and brand activity across Bardot and Bardot Junior. Working closely with our Creative Lead, this is a hands‐on role for someone who loves fashion, lives on social, has a strong eye for detail and is excited to help bring campaigns and always‐on content to life. You'll sit at the centre of day‐to‐day brand support and content execution, assisting across community management, content and calendar coordination, influencer gifting, partner deliverables, PR activity and events. What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the execution of organic social, influencer and PR activity across Bardot and Bardot Junior
* Managing inbound messages across social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok
* Coordinating influencer gifting and ongoing communication to ensure a great brand experience
* Assisting with content planning and scheduling across key channels
* Supporting storytelling across social media, EDMs, homepage content and paid campaigns
* Keeping across social trends, platform updates and emerging influencer activity
* Supporting shoots, talent bookings, events, send‐outs and partner activity
* Assisting with PR coordination, agency communication and internal admin
* Tracking engagement and performance, and sharing observations and insights with the team
What We're Looking For
* 1 2 years' experience in social media, PR, influencer or brand coordination
* A genuine love of fashion, content and digital culture
* Strong organization and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail
* Someone proactive, reliable and excited to learn
* Confidence juggling multiple moving parts in a fast‐paced environment
* A positive attitude and real drive to grow your career with Bardot
* Someone who understands the Bardot aesthetic and is excited to be part of bringing the brand to life across every touchpoint
