Job Description
The Registered Nurse role at RPAH is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team providing patient-centred care. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality patient care that meets individual needs and promotes identified health outcomes.
* Assess and plan nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
* Implement and evaluate nursing care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
* Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
* Ability to work a rotational roster (early, afternoon and nights). 8 hours or 12 hours shifts are available.
* Must hold a valid working Australia Visa.
