Our Enterprise team within Macquarie Asset Management supports the Liquid Investments business by enabling effective change across investment, operational and technology initiatives. We work collaboratively across front, middle and back‐office functions to ensure business needs are clearly understood and translated into practical, well‐defined solutions.
What role will you play?
As a Business Analyst supporting Liquid Investments, you will deliver end‐to‐end business analysis across a portfolio of initiatives and change activities. You will work closely with business stakeholders and Technology teams to define requirements, analyse impacts, and support decision‐making through clear, structured documentation. Your role will help ensure solutions are well informed, practical, and aligned with business objectives across the Liquid Investments portfolio.
What You Offer
* Experience working as a Business Analyst within Asset Management or a broader Financial Services environment, with exposure to investment products such as listed securities and investment funds
* A strong understanding of front, middle and back‐office operating models, and how change can impact end‐to‐end business processes
* Proven experience partnering with Technology teams to assess system impacts, explore solution options, and support change or systems initiatives
* The ability to produce clear, well‐structured requirements and documentation, using task and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence or similar platforms
* Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced, regulated environment and support informed stakeholder decision‐making.
