Job Description:
Clinical Nurse Specialists are essential to delivering high-quality patient care in wound management. In this role, you will lead expert wound care teams, supporting patients from admission to recovery. Your leadership and clinical expertise will drive positive outcomes for our patients.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, your responsibilities will include managing wound care across both inpatient and outpatient settings, assessing, coordinating, educating, and managing patients with acute and chronic wounds. You will also lead the delivery of evidence-based care across the continuum and play a key role in clinical leadership, staff education, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* A Registered Nurse with postgraduate qualifications in wound care and at least three years of experience in wound care.
* Confident clinician and natural educator who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
