This role suits someone who is organised, creative, detail‑focused, and comfortable managing shifting priorities within a large transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and document engaging learning content using multiple formats including written guides, online material, videos, infographics, and presentations.
• Support stakeholder engagement and change activities by producing high‑quality program artefacts aligned to program standards.
• Translate complex financial and system information into clear, concise, and accessible content for diverse user groups.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Shared Services teams, and agency stakeholders to determine content requirements and structure.
• Ensure all documents are consistent with templates, branding requirements, and program guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with the State Records Act 1997.
• Support training delivery through preparation of content, updates, version control, and formatting.
• Apply public sector ethics, EEO, Work Health and Safety, and cultural inclusion principles.
Essential Skills, Tickets, and Experience:
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing high‑quality learning, training, and change artefacts.
• Experience working with structured templates and organisational branding across Microsoft Office applications.
• Superior attention to detail to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of all program artefacts.
• Ability to create digital content such as videos, online learning materials, and visual communication pieces.
• Strong capability in simplifying complex subject matter for a broad audience.
• Proven ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to respond to evolving program needs while maintaining delivery quality.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Understanding of public sector legislation, including EEO, Code of Ethics, cultural inclusion, and WHS Act 2012 requirements.
• Ability to work in alignment with the spirit and principles of AS ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management – Guidelines.
