Administrator - Service Operations
This is a 3-month contract position.
* Handle reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls
* Perform general administrative tasks to support branch operations
* Manage merchandising and stock maintenance activities
* Ensure quality assurance and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
* Adhere to WesTrac policies and procedures in all administrative activities
* Provide customer-facing support as needed
Key Responsibilities:
* Roster: Mon – Fri 8.5 Hours (including paid meal breaks)
* Location: Perth Precinct
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Customer Service or similar role
* SAP experience is considered highly desirable
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
* Effective communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills
