Store Manager
Full‐time (38 hours per week) on Tuesday‐Saturday.
Location: RATIONALE Pacific Fair.
Responsibilities include:
* Deliver luxury end‐to‐end client retail experiences.
* Drive people leadership and development of the store team.
* Lead a positive, high‐performing team culture.
* Lead sales initiatives to drive commercial success and meet store KPIs.
* Deliver sales reporting to retail leadership.
* Manage rostering and smart‐booking scheduling of the store and its services.
* Oversee and manage store operations and administrative tasks.
* Participate in an education onboarding program and ongoing training.
* Provide informative skin analysis and tailored skincare product plans to clients.
* Perform RATIONALE's world‐class luxury facial treatments, using non‐invasive modalities and massage techniques.

ABOUT YOU
* A qualification in beauty, skin, or dermal therapy.
* Experience delivering excellent client service in a retail, luxury, spa, or clinic environment in a similar role.
* Experience in leading high‐performing teams and supporting individual performance and development goals.
* Experience in leading and driving sales results and commercial success.
* Experience in implementing operational excellence and administrative processes.
* Passion for skincare, building client rapport and relationships, and delivering on client skin goals.
* Excellent interpersonal, proactive time‐management, and organisational skills.
* Openness to ongoing education and team collaboration within a positive team culture.
